The Strand Theatre box office is located at 619 Louisiana Ave and open 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to performance time on weekend show days. Will-Call is now located in the box office.
The Strand box office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash.

- There is an additional $6.00 handling fee per ticket
- There will be a $4.00 handling fee charged for exchanging tickets.
- There is NO ELEVATOR to the Upper Balcony.
- Online ticket ordering is always available.
- All show tickets purchased will be emailed to the patron unless otherwise requested.
- Sales tax may be added to the cost of ticket(s) when applicable.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Every child who attends, regardless of age, must have their own ticket.

Group and Student Ticket Sales
Coming to a show with friends? Groups of 15 or more are eligible for a 10% discount to Strand-presented shows. Please call the box office at 318-226-8555 to make arrangements.

Theatre Information
Etiquette:
The Strand Staff encourages all patrons to arrive at performances on time. Many performances at The Strand require a seating hold for late arriving patrons. Seating holds will be determined by each production. Please be patient with our ushers; they are directed to follow these guidelines.
Please silence your cell phones prior to the start of the show. Many shows restrict photography of the performance. Please check with an usher or the House Manager for guidelines. You may be requested to check your camera in the box office before you enter the theatre.
Concessions:
The Strand Theatre maintains three concession stands for most performances: one in the foyer, one in the downstairs lobby, and one on the mezzanine level. A fully stocked bar will prepare your favorite cocktails and offer beer, wine, soft drinks, and assorted snacks. The concession stands are CASHLESS. They accept VISA, MC, Discover, and American Express.
Emergency Notifications:
For persons on-call or parents, please include your seat location when leaving instructions at your office or home. Please advise the box office or House Manager upon arrival that you are expecting a call. An usher can locate you with that information. Please use the box office number 318-226-8555.
Smoking:
Smoking of any kind (including vape products) is not permitted anywhere in the building.
Elevators:
The elevator is located at the Louisiana Avenue entrance and provides access to the basement and mezzanine levels. Please be aware the elevator does not provide access to the upper balcony.
Restrooms:
Restrooms are located on the basement and mezzanine levels. The elevator is available at either level.
